Joanna is a sustainability consultant, published writer, and speaker with over 30 years' experience in the furnishing sector. She is a co-founder of the Sustainable Design Collective, a non-executive director of FIRA, chair of FISP's Advisory Committee, and chairs the Climate Change and Sustainability Committee for the charity The Furniture Makers' Company.

Margaret (known as Mei), the author of 'Perfectly Good Food', is passionate about achieving a zero-waste approach to home cooking. She'll be sharing tips and techniques to reduce food waste, including sustainable recipe ideas that utilise what's already in your fridge, as well as making cocktails.
